Have had the opportunity to review my teaching report for Trimester 1 of the Managing Contemporary Organisations course for Adelaide MBA students. Fortunately, the students have given this course favorable ratings (with a teaching rating mean/median of 6.5/7.0 on a 7-point scale). The results from the peer teaching evaluation report were also positive, with a mean of 2.8 on a 3-point scale.
Students who take this course deserve significant recognition and credit. Their active engagement in the weekly discussions has been instrumental in creating a truly exceptional learning experience. Without their enthusiastic participation, we would not have been able to foster such a remarkable educational environment where mutual support and learning thrive.
Furthermore, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the two outstanding guest speakers (Nicola Feeney CPM and Dianne Baruch) who kindly offered their assistance and valuable time to share their insights. Their contributions have greatly enriched the course and provided valuable real-world perspectives to the students.
