Workplace inclusiveness is not just a social or ethical issue. It is an essential business issue for modern organizations.
Common myths of workplace inclusion: (1) Diversity = Inclusion and (2) Inclusion = No Difference
Inclusiveness = a balance of (1) belongingness and (2) uniqueness
Critical leader characteristics for being inclusive: (1) pro-diversity beliefs, (2) cognitive complexity, and (3) humility
