I am pleased to have received two research awards from the Adelaide Business School in 2023: the Excellence in Research award, recognising individuals who publish in top-tier journals, and the Excellence in Research Leadership award, honouring those who contribute through service and mentorship to enhance the school's research capabilities. It's only my second year at ABS, and I'm thrilled to be acknowledged by my colleagues. A heartfelt thank you to our Dean, Professor Noel Lindsay, for the awards and generous gifts.
