We hosted the 2nd CWeX HDR Brownbag Meeting on 4 March and discussed how to work with thesis advisors. Two outstanding guest speakers, Dr Jill Gould (UniSA Online; PhD, UniSA/CWex) and Dr Frank Huo (UniSA/CWeX; PhD, Auckland Uni), shared their tips about how to "manage" their advisors. Also, building a supporting cohort is essential in this long PhD journey.
